After Record 2Q, NII Holdings to Speed Up Brazil Expansion

After posting record earnings and subscriber growth in the second quarter, mobile phone company NII Holdings has decided to speed up its expansion in Brazil, Executive Chairman Steven Shindler said Wednesday.
